Here is a place that sells them. I bought some off amazon a few years ago that we’re substantually cheaper. Quite a few steel ones around the internet. There are quite a few pics on the website. My truck is in the shop now so I can’t get pics. Yes you can get sizes that are the same height.

Right now I have the Hankook DH01 and cant remember the size and they have a decent lug tread. I’m going to try some of these mud tire retreads for my next tires. Reviews have been pretty good on them.

As far as carrying compacity of a srw vs. a drw I’m pretty sure they have the same frame and spring packs, so the only difference should be the amount of tires in the rear
