I have had 4 trucks like this. They are fine. Had a F250 and it is a little too much for the truck. Lots of frontened problems and had air helpers in the back.
The biggest problem we have is with tires. When you get a service bed loaded up it’s a lot of weight on 2 tires. Put some cheap 19.5 semi truck conversion rims on it and they do a lot better.
