I made mine using two 5000lb jacks and square tubing with adjustable uprights for different frame widths. Also removable straight casters so it does not move when I use it to support the front when rolling the rear out for trans repairs. I currently have it under a JD 4440, I will upload you some pictures of it tomorrow.
