We don't need foreign investment as much as we need domestic investment.
You're right, of course. There is a great deal of uncertainty with lots of questions. My thought on investment is that I think it is important to keep in mind where money feels the most safe today too. Mexico taking what might be a hard turn to the Left. The uncertainties of having large investments in China. Where does an investor park large sums of money - and sleep well at night? This might be the genius of the tax bill.
We'll have to wait and see. At least now we don't have the idea that all we can do is to watch and wave as the jobs move away. |
