Precipitation is too hard to predict longer term. One thing that I know though is that higher temps equals more evaporation and thus the need for more moisture.
Also I believe mr Don Smith has a climate yield model based solely on temperature. Maybe he will chime in but pretty sure temp in the corn belt is the biggest driver of yields, not moisture. Anyone remember 2017?
