NW IN | The carry, for beans, is actually quite good from SK to SN. SN to SQ is 3 cents, but it's only 30 days.
10.38 SN isn't the high, and things can or could happen, so nothing is a lock. But historically the carry will erode back to where the previous month goes off the board. So...historically and statistically sitting on physical waiting for the carry to come to you will end badly. Could we have an old crop rally? Sure. From where is always the question one should ask.
Sell the physical today or sell the July futures betting on a basis play, or do nothing if the beans are gambling stocks. Free advise, take it for what it's worth. | |
