Subject: RE: Moldboard plowing

Mid-Michigan
I try to plow in then the next time plow out. I've gotten good at filling my deadfurrows with the plow but I still try to find them and start my backfurrow there. I only plow about ever 4 or 5 years and usually I have gone over it with the land plane so dead furrows don't usually exist. Plowing is somewhat of an art. There is a little more to it than flipping dirt over.
