Nebraska aka the boondocks
you realize that roads are the government and power lines are public utilities, and that oil companies are private don't you???? apparently not. You think eminent domain applies to private entities??? The government using eminent domain to build a road is not the same as the government using eminent domain to allow a private oil company to build a pipeline. There is no arguing with that. You are making my argument for me, if you believe oil companies can "madate" through eminent domain that pipelines be built through private property, than it is completely logical to mandate they use etol to clean up their product for the benefit of another private entity. And frankly, even if this wasn't the logical outcome, I would still push for the mandate.
