| You Tube has some videos on the subject. I know what can happen when they are too tight. I had a wheel seal replaced in Fremont and the professional torqued it by the book. It ran hot enough to melt the plastic window on the outer seal. I took it back and they replace the seals and bearings. When I got home I had my mechanic do it again. He does it by feel and I've never had a problem with any of the work he's done. If you have any doubts watch the temperature with an IR gun and compare the temperatures to the rest the wheels. IR guns are cheap enough now that everyone should have one.
