No, you could buy a cheaper plastic tank and paint it. We use a steel (non stainless) 1500 gal tank that's been on the farm since I can remember. I've had good luck with Norwesco too. I missed the part about UAN. Obviously you could buy any tank that meets your needs and paint it to prevent algae in the water if it sits for a while.
