Generally around here labor is about 1.25/ft + materials for most terrain from fencing contractors. Not including any dozer or unusual work such as tree clearing etc.

edit to add: 5 wire, 4 red brand barb, center wire smooth HT on insulators. 5 steel T posts between 6" wood posts. All posts 10 ft apart. Wood posts have a sack of concrete per hole
