With latest USDA report having increased HRWW ending stocks by 16 million bushels over the last report from 494 to 510 million bushels the sense of the KC market has shifted from one of mounting concern over dryness and abandonment to one of if we have 16 million more bushels (and maybe more by the end of the mkting year) will the dryness and abandonment erase and then some the mounting increase in ending stocks?
IMO, at this time, we will more than decrease the ending stocks of HRWW, but like Dpilot83, I am having doubts about how high we can go.
