When I was growing up , grandma (who was german) made it every time we butchered a hog .It was not to bad, but you deffinatly had to have an aquirred taste for it. Then there was blood pudding, the name says it all. But do not forget the kidney stew , boil the p--s out of it, house stunk for a month.
