It is best to choose a cross-section of at least 10 mm, for example, here, https://mechanicguides.com/best-jumper-cables/ thanks to this, the wires for the car's light can withstand high enough loads. It is also very important to choose the right insulation. Ideally, the winding should be made of frost-resistant rubber or silicone. If this factor is not paid due attention, then the insulation is simply cracked in winter, and money will be wasted. Don't buy too small clamps.
