| John Calipari is a great recruiter. The reason his players have such a low graduation rate is probably because he typically only brings in the best players, such as Derrick Rose, or Tyreke Evans. This year he would have had probably the number 1 class coming in had he stayed in Memphis. Many of his players are good enough that they can leave early from college and get paid millions to play in the NBA, rather than stay in college to get their degrees. But you are right, he doesnt recruit the smartest guys in the world, like Duke does, but then again, he does coach at Memphis. | |
