Stick frame. Dig footing, go with cement wall or that insulated block form stuff up 2 or 4 feet. Then the stick frame and tin is in 18 or 16 foot lengths and safe from water and maybe rodents. On our shop 16 foot walls with hip rafter for 15 foot overhead door and pole building. Using a footing and up 1 foot would have made a huge difference for 1 more foot of door clearance.
