Wow, sounds like a tough situation. With all those professional fees, it doesn't look like the siblings will get much, but that is what it is. IMHO the $25-50 an hour msb quotes would be more than fair to the estate. I would consider especially the lower end of that a favor to the estate. An attorney would have charged more than 5x that amount.
