I agree, they Hypro Express end caps are harder to remove than they should be. They need to build custom tool to remove the clip and turn the plug.

I installed the Hypros on our sprayer and it was well worth the money. I did it primarily to completely remove the dead space at the end of the boom pipes. I got the added benefit of air evacuation and great boom pipe access. The access to the end of the boom pipe has turned out to be important as I have to pull/push a bottle brush through my boom pipes each year to remove cotton defoliant residues.

The Hyporo end caps are easy to install after you do the first one.
