Here's what works really well. Go to O'Reilly's or any auto parts place and ask to have them show you there selection of wheel/rim paints. Can't remember if it was Dupli-color or one of the other kinds. One spray can will almost do 2 tractor rear rims. Can be clearcoated also for more gloss, but it shines really good without. The silver colored one looks like new rims.
