Yeah, I tried wrapping mine, and know what you mean about hard on the hands. I started making a tool to help wrapping, but only got a start on it. Basically a "D" ring that is a little bigger than the width of the individual coil, and has a 6" handle on it to pull it around.
Got the idea from a little gizmo I have for inserting wires in the plastic wire loom stuff.
Like I said, just started on it, and will try to get back on it this weekend. At this point, it's more of an idea than an actual working item.
