Not saying this is your problem but check air intake under the hood for a birds nest. Fought the same problem on a 8280 for a day before I figured it out. New fuel filters would make it run but not well. Finally pulled air filter cover and it ran like a scalded dog. Started chasing back and found a birds nest in the intake venturis under the hood.
