Pierce county WI | You are the one comparing a gun control compromise to a farm tractor transaction. The second amendment was very important to our forefathers. They wanted to over throw a tyrannical government. I really hate break this to you, but whether you have 6 rounds or 30, you have zero chance at over throwing the government. Being that they can launch a missle from one side of the world to a target thousands of miles away with incredible accuracy is going to trump your 30 round clip. I think a break in the shooting long enough to allow someone to escape is reasonable. This is why we are going to get gun control like we never imagined. People are fed up with these shootings, and you don't even hear empathy from pro gun people. I don't doubt that our country is in decline, it will need to split apart at some point, I just don't think rural views and urban are going to co exist indefinitely. | |
