Lo pro's are supposed to have lower rolling resistance, for better fuel economy. I don't know how true that is. My main reason for having lo pro 22s, is economics and tire supply and availability. They are the most common size, so there are always tires you can pick from. Sometimes you can't always get what you want. In this case, use whatever makes sense. Then when you replace tires again, put whatever size you want on. I actually prefer a truck with 11r 24s, cause I don't have AG hoppers, so I'll take whatever clearance I can get.
