The plumber who I use on my construction jobs takes a sawzall and cuts the pipe in the fitting in two places about 1/2-1” apart to as close to the fitting as possible. Then he takes either a straight screwdriver or a chisel and peels the cut portion out then the remaining portion. 90% of the time with no heat and fumes!!
Anybody have any experience ungluing PVC pipe ?
