Those shanks sure look like Deere 1610 ones....and I don't mean just a little bit....I mean right down to the hole in the top front which serves on purpose, which I am guessing has something to do with the manufacturing process. 

The little cast piece between the spring and the shank ought to have a casing number on it.....looks like it is

I know Deere sold parts to other people at various times, but I wasn't aware of the chisel shanks.
