High Springs, Florida
Whether you can use it again next year depends on what shape it is in when you pull it. That is determined by many things, one being the mil thickness of the tape and how good you filtered the water going to the tape. Emitters can plug with heavy mineral deposits. Get a good filter system.

What mil works best? Thickest you can afford, especially if planning on using it over and how bad of a varmint problem you have. Deer hooves can decimate a field of thin drip tape.

High or low flow depends, of course, how much available water you have and how many zones you want to water at a time.
