We have been involved in several new transmission line projects where they built across our ground. They all ended well. They paid us A LOT of money per structure. I wish they would build some more on us!

Don't be afraid to negotiate with them. We got them to move the whole line over one time to avoid a waterway, and another time we wrote a requirement into the easement that they build an access road so we could get to a back field easier.
