Very possible, I'm pretty dumb when it comes to grades of SS! All I know is I like the knives and my wife does too. My mom has a set as well and really likes hers.
I know who you mean and second the part about liking the knives (well at least my wife and my mom like the knives). Unfortunately can't help with booth or name but seems like I see him there every year. I always wondered if those knives could be bought somewhere cheaper but some things are just worth it to get it while there. This is one in that category for me. |
