About 8-10 years ago I bought a set of knives from this fellow at the NFMS. I bot a set of 4 steak knives and a 12" filet knife. I think the knives are made from surgical grade SS. They have been the best set of knives I ever bot! Last year I wanted to find him again and buy another set but I couldn't find him anywhere. Talking to one of my friends later and he had seen his booth. Does anyone know where he is normally at or what name he goes by to find him in the directory? He's always doing demonstrations that are very interesting! Like making art with vegetables and the one that is most amazing is how he peels a tomato with a knife then he goes and splits the peeling again with a knife one handed, he then holds up the tomato peeling and it is so thin you can see thru it!
