In 1980, converted this 42x56 cattle barn into a shop. We can keep about 31x50’ clear most of the time. Added the loft within the last 7 or 8 years. Wanted the sills under the loft floor as much as the loft storage. Converted 2 old graineries at the far end for small and large parts storage. Learned that was a mistake, if it’s not in plain sight I forget I’ve got it. Thus, the loft. Have certainly enjoyed it for 38 years.
