W.C. Mo. | Exactly. I built a 50x60 10 years ago. Easily has paid for itself. I do a lot of the simple mechanical work on our equipment. Usually have 1 major project each winter. My shop is get 1 project in, get it done, and move on to next. Not for storage, just work area except tools, oil, and some parts. Mine is next door to my storage, but not attached due to fire risk. I would hate for 1 fire to take out all my machinery storage, machinery, and shop in 1 disaster. I go through each piece of equipment before going to the field. Presently have a 40 ft 1890 drill with 64 units that I am completely rebuilding. Would hate to think what shop rate would be to rebuild this drill. | |
