Traffic is some of the worst you will find, but you get used to it after awhile, it just keeps growing, something about some kind of sprawl problem ????
We have some friends that moved out to just north of you to Promise City, Ia.. Probably right up the road from you. They just couldn't take it anymore !!!!!
