Had the same thing happen to one of mine. The store was no help. I took it to a hydraulic shop that I use to see if they could do anything with it. Had another one I took also, it would just blow air out of the bottom of the air cylinder. The owner told me he can't get parts for them either. He said usually you just have to get another one and scrap the old one.
