ncpa | Ok so if we hook the planter up and have the vac control turned down and turn the scv flow control up it will build more pressure (before the control block in the hose) and if you touch the brakes then the hydraulic motor keeps speed. If you open the external valve and run the hydraulics with the scv flow control it works fine till you hit the brakes then the vacuum drops from 16 to 3-4. Its pretty consistent across the rpm range.
