You'll hear this from others so I'll say it first:  You get what you pay for.  My first tandem axle trailer was a cheap one.  Looked pretty good and I thought they under priced it.  No, they knew what they had.  After pulling it a couple years I sold it before it broke in two crossing a railroad track.  There are some better buys from time to time but cheap? Nope, just pay me now or pay me later.
