cropsey, il 61731 | I'm trying to "see" a couple of AP expert VT110 controllers (small screen) with a PC. I did get a response from another Nat'r that had a bridge A and software but it was really meant to talk to a TC5 (predecessor to the vt110). I think I need a couple of cards that go in the "PC" connectors on the VT110 main board. Anyone have something like this? So far I can talk to the bridge A, but not to the controller. AP says everything has to be a certain software version, but I have an idea I can get pretty close to what I want if I can find all the hardware.
AP offers a device ($3000) that talks to their servers ($40/month to access) that might be ok, but it seemed like most of the controller market (multifan, AP/cumberline/airstream) offered a stand alone solution almost 20 years ago that was crude but effective.
