Many year's ago part time police officer shot a cat meowing in a tree outside of his apartment. He probably would have been better off killing it when he shot but wounded it. So he was suspended a while and had to pay vet bill's. The three SSS apply here Shoot, Shovel, and Shut up. That was how the Wolf disappeared in a county a few away from me.
