NW KS | I also bought a green mountain grill about 6 months ago and I LOVE IT!. smoked a couple briskets and cook with it a couple times a week. its pretty damn simple. I also love the wifi meat probe. when I was smoking through the night i could check my temps from my phone in bed. winning!
best advice I got was to throw the meat on when you fire the grill up. I got a smoke ring on my steaks the other day! it was great. lol | |
