I applied for my TWIC badge today, cost about 132 bucks. This is the picture ID that truckers must have to go on ports, airports, any secure government area. They take your fingerprints and do a background check on you, issued by Uncle Sam.I understand other large businesses will someday start requiring them before allowing you to enter property. I guess we need the security, but it sure is aggravating.
TWIC for truckers. Anybody else got theirs ?
