I had fill rite 700 series pumps that'd have a mind of their own when it came to gpm. This winter I upgraded to fill rite 300's and they pump much faster but I did notice when it got down to bellow zero it seemed to take twice as long pumping straight #2 fuel but went back to normal above zero.
