+2 what Andersen said on 5w40 or 0w40 oil. Mobil, Chevron, Shell, are easy to find and are all good. It's harder to find and cost more but the 0w40 would help the most with your location.
I would also check the block heater to see how hot its operating. Should be able to feel good heat on the side of the block after 2 or 3 hrs.
Also might need to put battery charger on batteries if its cranking slow. Anything you can do to increase cranking speed will help in starting.
