Dwight IL | The p3 is actually a pretty good drone but there indeed has been a lot of software updates for it since it came out. Sadly, Loosing camera connection is a common problem with the p3's but luckily it can be an easy fix. Sometimes the video card needs to be reset on the drone is all. To do so, you need to power everything on as you normally would, (not the motors) then press the C1 and C2 buttons (under the controller) at the same time along with the shutter button. While holding down all 3, turn the controller off. When you turn it back on, the camera should connect. This has worked for me in the last 3 cases i have had with customers drones that are similar to yours.
If you are having trouble with the controller signal connecting, relink it to your ship.
These two tricks usually do the job, and have for my customers drones that I have serviced.
