Subject: RE: John Deere round balers

SW Iowa
Got over 17,000 on my 568 with no plans on trading. Has the silage kit but have only baled dry hay. Had trouble with the cover edge wrap but made an adjustment to the netwrap pan and haven't had 1 bale wrap bad in last 2000 bales. Use Deere wrap 90% of the time. There's a Green Bale Guru in the area that can figure out any question I've had. I pulled it with a 4240 and now use a 4430. Run 7-8mph in heavy grass or rye making a bale in under a minute. They eat hay! Should be able to find a nice low count machine for under $20k and may find a 569 for that money on an auction.

Good luck
