A lot depends on size and weight and how they will stack together. Might consider customizing round bale transports like these first 2 pics. Or you could make your own on a 5th wheel setup like the last picture would need uprights to strap wheel to so they don't fall off and might need custom spread supports to cradle the wheels correctly but it looks like this would be the easiest way to set on right off the forklift without having to lay them down flat. on a wagon. 5th wheel setup would make it very maneuverable as well.
