I would get a 2 or 3 spool valve WITH the closed center plug from surplus center. Mount it on the right fender where it is in comfortable reach. Get a tee fitting (also from surplus) to replace elbow on the right side of the clutch housing. Hook this to the supply side of the new valve. Hook the return to the hyd filter housing. I'll add pictures later.

If you don't want holes in the fender, mount it on a post going down to the axle. This tractor is currently set up with a second hydraulic system which is why the tee has a cap on one side.
