On a late model 4020 you can easily mount a valve to control your loader.

Here are some pics of where you can get live hyd. from top of SCV, and tap

a 1/2" hole in your Hyd filter housing for the best return flow.  Mount the

valve so you can attach your hoses easily.  Good luck, with your project.

You don't need a joystick, just get a 2-3 function spool valve with cables

into the cab, as mentioned above.
