Salem, Oregon | Take off and clean all grounds. That fixed mine. Under the right side operator platform is the one that fixed mine, another one on the side of the motor and the 3rd one by the bcu that is to the right side of the seat more towards the back. Take them off clean with a file, grinder, when putting it back on put a new flat washer on the back side. I would do think even if you the starter helps.
