Go to some other farmers who have 6430's and have them start them, to see if yours really is starting that slowly. Has to be a problem. I would consider another mechanic. May have to recheck all electrical connections, battery, cables, and starter. For me 6430's are the best starters.....
Agreed. We have two 6X30 series tractors. Both bought new, and they are among the best cold starting diesels I have ever owned. Our NH skidloader may be a touch easier, but those three pieces are the best cold starters here, hands down.
If you have a hard cold starting 6X30 series, something is wrong. |
