Reason identified was overweight, neck over 17.
Upside is now when the questions come up, I can point to the positive test on file. When they look that up, all is OK
The DOT doctor is not one I would really want to upset....not every doctor is a DOT physician. If they don't sign off, no license. I have my physicals done at the local occupational medicine office, and have always got along fine
Like the questions or not, they get to ask them because we volunteered to drive a commercial vehicle. We should be held to the same standards. (I used to drive commercially for a private fleet, so I have a good idea what those standards are)
