They measure your neck if it's over 18cm or inches around they can make you get the apnea test. I thought I read where they were doing away with that part of it but maybe they haven't you might be hooked on it all the med cards are registered into the dot database if you go to another dr it may show that you've already been given a 90 card when law enforcement runs your license your med info comes up but you still need to carry the paper card. It's all crap I'm 38 and can only get a one year card cause of BP meds I go to my family doc she's dot certified.
That’s crazy. I’m 33 5”10” and 205. Spend a bunch of time in the gym and have to get shirts/dress jackets custom made or else they are very long and baggy. But due to a generic rule I would be subject to an apnea test because of my neck. BMI is a joke too
